Conclusiveness Rate

A high conclusiveness rate means the investigation process, whether manual or automated, is consistently able to determine whether an alert is malicious, suspicious, or benign. Low conclusiveness forces analysts to spend additional time gathering more context or escalating cases that could have been resolved. Improving conclusiveness rate is a key quality metric for any SOC or AI-assisted investigation platform.
